Brian Harper
Brian has been a part of the RC General team since 1997, working his way up from Superintendent to Project Manager in 2006 and then to Vice President in 2007. Before coming to RC, he worked as a union apprentice carpenter for Pray Construction. Brian has over 15 years of experience in the construction business and he's been a certified Home Inspector since 2009. He received an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice from West Virginia State University.
